Mohegan Sun Wilkes-Barre seeks a Cage Operations Associate to handle monetary transactions and protect asset integrity within the daily cage functions.

The role covers cage cashiering, chip/marker/poker banks, cashing checks, and ensuring accuracy and compliance with Internal Controls and Gaming Commission Rules. Guest interaction is required; ability to stand long periods and work flexible shifts is needed.

Qualifications

• Basic computer input skills.
• Previous money handling experience preferred.
• Must be able to interact with the public in a highly professional and positive manner.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to work various shifts and flexible hours.

Responsabilités

• Handles all monetary transactions within daily Cage Operations.
• Includes cage cashiering, chip bank, marker bank, poker bank, ES cashiering, and impressment cashiering.
• Distributes monies to guests via Slot Ticket redemption, chip redemption, and check cashing.
• Processes monetary transactions for other departments.
• Ensures transactions are completed efficiently and accurately.
• Responsible for securing the integrity of assigned assets.
• Maintains accountability of company funds per Internal Controls and Gaming Commission Rules.

Job Duties

• Handles all monetary transactions that occur within the daily Cage Operations functions.


• This includes, but is not limited to, cage cashiering, chip bank, marker bank, poker bank, ES cashiering and impressment cashiering.


• Distributes monies to guests via Slot Ticket redemption, chip redemption, and check cashing.


• Processes monetary transactions for other departments.


• Ensures that all transactions are completed in an efficient and accurate manner.


• Responsible for securing the integrity of assigned assets.


• Maintains the accountability of company funds in accordance with Internal Controls and Gaming Commission Rules and Regulations.

Minimum Qualifications

• Basic computer input skills.
