Job summary

Mohegan Pennsylvania is seeking a Cage Operations associate to manage monetary transactions, from cashiering to check cashing, in a fast-paced gaming environment.

You will handle ticket and chip redemptions, maintain accurate cash flow, and ensure the security of assets in line with Internal Controls and Gaming Commission Rules. Strong guest service, math skills, and adaptability to shifts are expected.

Qualifications

• Basic computer input skills.
• Previous money handling experience preferred.
• Must be able to interact with the public in a highly professional and positive manner.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to work various shifts and flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Handles all monetary transactions within Cage Operations (cashiering, chip and ticket handling, marker and poker banks).
• Distributes monies to guests via Slot Ticket redemption, chip redemption, and check cashing.
• Processes monetary transactions for other departments.
• Maintains accuracy and efficiency of transactions.
• Ensures security and integrity of assigned assets and funds.
