Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Casino cashier/credit experience required.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Cage Cashier with full cage operations.
• Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division without calculator.
• Strong computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office.
• Proven self as a good communicator, mediator and decision-maker.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with work group and departments to ensure player satisfaction.
• Handles money transactions: check cashing, coin, tokens, and gaming chips.
• Counts money and reconciles banks; orders currency as needed.
• Issues credit card cash; dispenses coins/chips to other cashiers.
• Maintains internal controls and documents discrepancies.
• Maintains confidentiality and security of files and customer data.
• Performs banking activities for the property and supports cashiering staff in supervisor's absence.
• Ensures guest courtesy and resolves disputes with guests when applicable.
