Job summary

A dynamic entertainment organization located in Pennsylvania is looking for a candidate to manage cash transactions and provide exceptional customer service in their Player Club. The ideal applicant will have at least one year of experience in a similar role and a strong focus on customer satisfaction. A Gaming License is required, and you will be expected to maintain confidentiality and adhere to all gaming regulations. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fun and fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-year experience in Cage and/or Player Club.
• Full knowledge of company rules and regulations.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Understanding of gaming regulations and Title 31.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all transactions are accurate.
• Verify cash turn-ins and cash paid outs.
• Provide courteous service to staff and guests.
• Verify cashier's banks.
• Prepare accountability to determine daily revenue.
• Prepare daily bank deposit on revenue.
• Cash customer checks cashing within prescribed limits.
• Ensure all transactions are accurate.
• Provide courteous and friendly service to all staff and guests.
• Enroll new members in the Players Club and assist existing members.
• Effectively communicate the benefits of Players Club membership to all guests.
• Maintain knowledge of promotions, events and offers throughout the property.

• Operate point of sale register handling cash and credit cards for entertainment ticket sales.
• Participate in casino and property-wide events.
• Maintain knowledge of other departments and how to reach a supervisor or manager.

• Enroll new members in the Players Club and assist existing members.

• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all current and upcoming promotions, events and unique offers throughout the property and effectively communicate to guests.
• Fulfill all promotional offers to be redeemed at the club, including coupons, prizes, redemptions, entertainment tickets and drawing tickets.
• Operate point of sale register handling cash and credit cards accurately for entertainment ticket sales.
• Participate and assist in any needed capacity with all casino and property‑wide events.
• Maintain knowledge of other departments and M Resort entities, their location and how to reach a particular supervisor or manager.

Requirements

• Minimum 1-year main Cage and/or Player Club experience.
• Exceptional customer service focus including attention to producing quality results.
• Knowledge of Player Services operation.
• Full knowledge and understanding of company and departmental rules and regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with co‑workers.
• Knowledge of Title 31.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

EDUCATION: High School diploma or equivalent.

SKILLS: LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to read and interpret documents In English, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.

Ability to read and communicate verbally in English. Written communication skills in English may also be required.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.

Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, possess ability to operate an adding machine and have basic computer skills.

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.

Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
