Monarch Casino Resort Spa in Black Hawk, Colorado seeks a Cage Cashier for swing shift to process guest transactions with accuracy and a focus on service.

Position requires 1-2 years cash handling and guest service experience, ability to pass background checks, and strong English communication. Full-time benefits include health, dental, vision, 401k, paid time off, and transportation assistance.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old and able to obtain a Colorado Support Gaming License.
• 1-2 years cash handling or cashier experience required.
• 1-2 years guest service experience required.
• Able to work in a high-volume, sometimes loud environment.
• Basic to intermediate computer knowledge.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills with guests.
• Able to speak and write English.
• Strong mathematical skills and ability to read/understand written instructions.
• Able to stand for the duration of the shift and handle physical requirements.
• Able to push/pull up to 25 lbs and occasionally 45 lbs.
• Able to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Responsabilidades

• Process guest transactions while ensuring a positive guest experience.
• Ensure that all transactions are processed in a timely and accurate manner.
• Process cashier transactions, including redeeming coupons, cashing checks, and making change.
• Receives, secures, balances, handles, counts, reconciles, and distributes money during shift.
• Maintain custody of funds and prepare reports for the assigned bank.
• Process documentation per gaming regulations and procedures.
• Check guests for proper identification.
