Bally’s is seeking a Cage Operations team member in Colorado to provide premier guest service, manage cash and chip transactions, and ensure compliance with gaming regulations. You will maintain accurate records, balance shifts, and support multiple Cage areas as needed.

The role requires a Colorado gaming license, prior cash handling, and strong communication. It offers full-time hours, weekend/holiday rotation, and benefits to support employees and their families.

Qualifications

• Colorado Division of Gaming Support license required.
• Prior cash handling and gaming experience preferred.
• Able to perform basic arithmetic and money handling with precision.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Outgoing personality and strong communication with guests and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Provide highest level of service to casino guests and promote positive interactions.
• Maintain custodianship of funds, records, and prepare transaction reports.
• Balance window totals, sell checks and chips, and manage cash in the main bank.
• Process documentation per ICMP and Gaming regulations; stay updated on laws.
• Handle sales/redemption of coin and chips for internal/external guests.
• Proficient in 10-key calculator and computerized check cashing systems.
• Check guest identification and maintain a tidy, safe work area.
• Work all shifts, including weekends/holidays; perform duties across Cage ops.
