Qualifications

• Colorado Division of Gaming license required.
• Cash handling and gaming experience preferred.
• Data entry skills preferred.
• Must have Microsoft Office experience and basic computer skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest level of service to guests of the casinos.
• Promote positive interactions and experiences with guests and team members.
• Maintain custody of funds and prepare transaction reports.
• Balance window impress totals and handle checks, chips, and coins.
• Process documentation per current gaming regulations.
• Stay updated on gaming laws and ICMP changes.
• Facilitate sales and redemption of coin and chips for internal/external guests.
• Ensure a tidy and safe work area and proper cash handling.
• Work all shifts, including weekends and holidays; 6-day weeks when required.
• May work in any Cage operations area as needed.
