Seminole Classic Casino is seeking a Cage Operations Associate to manage high-volume cash and non-cash transactions for guests and team members. Under the Cage Operations Manager, you will balance banks, process transactions, and maintain strict internal controls.

The role requires excellent interpersonal skills, reliability, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced casino environment. Safety and accuracy come first in this busy setting.

Job Description:

Seminole Classic Casino pioneered Indian gaming when it opened as the country's first large stakes bingo hall in 1979, eventually expanding with gaming machines and poker. The landmark casino is now home to over 1,000 state-of-the-art, newest-title slot machines and other local favorites such as Diamond Lottos, Fort Knox, Pirate's Loot. Seminole Classic Casino also features the Hollywood Hall entertainment pavilion and the Stage Bar, a full-service bar that features live entertainment nightly. Under the direction of the Cage Operations Manager, the incumbent is responsible for controlling and accounting of transactions for the cage windows, main bank, chip bank and check bank. Performs high volume cash and non-cash transactions for our guests and internal customers in a courteous, accurate, and timely manner.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

May include but are not limited to:

• Exhibit conduct in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations and Seminole Tribe of Florida departmental policies and procedures.
• Responsible for the impress bank issued. Perform guest and in house monetary transactions.
• Balance and issue impress bank to team members.
• Enter patron transactions into the company computer system accurately.
• Prepare paperwork, balance sheets and documents in accordance with our Standards and Procedures (S&P's), and within the guidelines of Internal Controls. Signs all documents legibly and in accordance with S&P's.
• Transfer cash, chips and checks between cages and/or departments in an accurate and efficient manner.
• Strictly adhere to department policies and procedures in order to maintain integrity of the Cage operation. Apply accurate transaction and balancing practices.
• Participate in the daily cage reconciliation process.
• Comply with Federal Title 31 procedures.
• Demonstrate a commitment to ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service by discreetly notifying appropriate managers of concerns and observations.
• Promote positive public/team member relations at all times.
• Maintain a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment within area of responsibility
• Performs all other duties as assigned.
