JOB SUMMARY

The Cage & Player Services Cashier is responsible for the redemption of Gaming Tickets/Vouchers, performing check cashing/cash advance transactions for guests and assuring that guests have a favorable gaming experience.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Responsible for all cash transactions with guests and answering guest questions in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Responsible for accurately counting and recording assigned funds and making exchanges of funds throughout the shift.
  • Verifying and documenting personal identification information for check and cash advance transactions.
  • Completing Multiple Transaction Logs in accordance with the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and the property’s BSA Policy.
  • Monitor for suspicious activity, as defined by the BSA and the property’s BSA Policy.
  • Responsible for guest relations including new player sign up and working knowledge of company marketingcampaigns.
  • Ensure the safety and security of Team Members and guests.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES
  • Maintaining a professional working relationship among all internal and external guests.
  • Maintaining an accurate cash drawer.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours according to business and department needs.
  • Oral and written communication skills.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Six months of cashiering or banking experience is preferred.
  • Ability to obtain a valid Racing License.
