Job Description

We are seeking a Cage Cashier to join our professional casino team. The responsibilities include:

• Processing and managing monetary transactions while providing exceptional guest service
• Handling guest and company funds according to gaming regulations and company procedures
• Processing gaming chips, tickets, and check transactions accurately
• Maintaining an accurate bank balance and safeguarding assets during the shift
• Processing guest credit applications and maintaining credit files
• Managing window markers and safety deposit boxes for guest accounts
• Inputting markers, fills, and credit slips into the system precisely
• Providing guests with information about casino promotions and services
• Maintaining a professional appearance and organized work station
• Performing duties while standing for extended periods

Qualifications

Required:

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Previous cashiering or cash handling experience preferred
• Proficiency in basic mathematical calculations and currency handling
• Technical skills with calculators, computers, and currency counting equipment
• Physical ability to stand, bend, push, and lift up to 26 pounds
• Strong communication skills in English
• Ability to obtain and maintain gaming-related certifications as required
