Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

• Under the direction of the Cash Operations Manager, control and account for transactions for the cage window, main bank, chip bank, and check bank.
• Exhibit conduct in accordance with Louisiana Gaming regulations, Golden Nugget policies, and all applicable laws.
• Deliver positive, courteous, and professional guest service in all interactions.
• Manage impress bank issued and perform guest and in-house monetary transactions.
• Balance and issue impress bank to staff and hotel employees.
• Enter patron transactions accurately into the system.
• Prepare paperwork, balance sheets, and documents per standards and procedures.
• Transfer cash, chips, and checks between cages and departments accurately.
• Adhere strictly to department policies to maintain operational integrity.
• Comply with Federal Title 31 procedures.
• Promote responsible gaming and alcohol service, notifying managers of concerns.
• Report any illegal acts or ethics violations promptly.
• Maintain excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Display professional conduct, integrity, and a strong work ethic.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of cash handling experience.
