Responsibilities include handling cash transactions, maintaining key control, managing ticket sales, and overseeing personal bank rolls, all while fostering a welcoming and professional environment.

This position requires strong attention to detail, adherence to company policies and procedures, and a commitment to creating an outstanding guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Guest and Employee Interaction:
• Greet guests and employees at the window with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Provide accurate and efficient assistance with transactions and inquiries.
• Promote a positive and energetic work environment.
• Cage Operations:
• Perform cash handling duties, including currency exchanges, cash-outs, and other monetary transactions.
• Manage ticket sales and ensure accurate accounting.
• Maintain key control and safeguard sensitive assets.
• Administrative Support:
• Answer and manage phone calls professionally and efficiently.
• Follow all Title 31 requirements, including accurate completion of Currency Transaction Reports (CTR) and Suspicious Activity Reports (SAR).
• Uphold company policies and department procedures.
• Team Collaboration:
• Coordinate efforts with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Provide support for special projects or events as needed.
  
  

Experience

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: Extensive guest service experience required. Prior casino or bank cashiering experience preferred. Strong cash handling experience required.
• Licensing: Must obtain and maintain a valid Nevada Gaming License
