Job Title: Cage Cashier

Pay: up to $16/hr plus tips

Shift: Grave shifts available

Employment Type: FT/PT positions available

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Under the supervision of the Cage Supervisor, the Cage Cashier is responsible for controlling and accounting for transactions at the cage. They may assist with credit functions by accepting credit applications and processing gaming and credit reports, but will not access credit files. The Cage Cashier provides excellent customer service to employees and vendors, adhering to Indiana Grand Racing & Casino policies, Internal Control Standards, and Indiana Gaming Commission regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• 3-6 months of cash handling experience or equivalent education/work experience
• Ability to obtain an Indiana Gaming License
• Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong math skills and proficiency with computer software and 10-key calculators
• Ability to stand for an 8-hour shift
• Availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays

Physical Demands
