Job Description

• Execute guest monetary transactions in an assigned window bank while maintaining accurate balances and providing excellent customer service.
• Handle guest and company funds in accordance with gaming regulations and company policies.
• Exchange gaming chips and tickets, cash checks, and process markers and fills.
• Maintain bank balance and safeguard casino cage assets during your shift.
• Assist customers with credit applications and maintain credit files.
• Issue window markers and safety deposit boxes to guests.
• Enter markers, fills, and credit slips into computer systems.
• Assist guests with inquiries and inform them about current promotions.
• Maintain a professional appearance and ensure work stations are stocked.
• This role requires standing for most of the shift, and may include other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Previous cash handling or money handling experience preferred.
• Basic math skills and knowledge of currency.
• Ability to operate calculators, computers, and money counters.
• Ability to lift up to 26 pounds and perform physical tasks like bending and pushing.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Ability to obtain necessary gaming licenses or certifications.
