THE JOB:
The Cage Cashier is responsible for executing a variety of financial transactions for guests and employees, including check cashing, chip redemption, and account handling, while ensuring compliance with operational policies. This role requires accuracy, security, and excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

THE STARTING RATE: $18.00 hourly

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Handle a range of transactions, including frontline, chip bank, poker, cage credit, and employee bank services.

• Operate within specialized areas such as the marker/IOU bank, High Limit cage, kiosks, and employee cash units.

• Cash checks, redeem chips, tokens, TITO tickets (ticket in/ticket out), and Race and Sports tickets per established guidelines.

• Conduct Marker and Front Money transactions on patron accounts.

• Redeem all acceptable types of foreign currencies

• Accurately document all financial transactions and maintain both electronic and manual logs.

• Assist guests with general inquiries and manage safety deposit box issuance and surrender.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent

• 1+ years of prior relevant experience in a high-volume cash handling experience

• Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
