• Maintain a professional and pleasant attitude with guests and co-workers
• Redeem guests' chips, slot machine tickets, and Race and Sports tickets after hours
• Handle cash for exchanges
• Accept marker payments and front money deposits
• Issue cage markers and customer deposit withdrawals
• Utilize computer terminals for cashing personal and payroll checks
• Maintain chip purchases and EZ Pay Ticket purchases (slot machine tickets)
• Perform credit/debit card transactions through cash advance systems
• Assist patrons in obtaining casino credit in the absence of a credit clerk
• Handle foreign currency and chip exchanges
• Maintain organized transactions and paperwork for the bank
• Adhere to turn-in timelines of the main and chip banks
• Work proficiently at the Front Window Bank and Employee Bank
• Maintain thorough knowledge of Title 31 regulations
• Enter cash transactions and negotiable items into the Title 31 Resort Advantage system
• Balance the bank at the end of each shift, ensuring starting and ending amounts match
• Strictly adhere to all gaming regulations
• Perform all duties necessary for the department's success

Responsibilities/Qualifications:

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Must have, or be able to obtain, Gaming Registration
• Excellent guest service and communication skills required
• Minimum of one year of cash handling experience
• Strong money handling skills
• Basic computer skills necessary
• Good attendance and a positive attitude required
