Job Overview

The Cage Teller is responsible for redeeming gaming tickets/vouchers, performing check cashing/cash advance transactions for guests, facilitating sportsbook wagering, completing financial reporting, and ensuring a great guest experience.

Responsibilities:

• Cash out customers, provide correct change, and answer questions courteously.
• Count and record funds, make exchanges, and ensure accuracy.
• Ensure guests have an excellent gaming experience.
• Keep cash drawer balanced and handle vault exchanges.
• Verify and document personal ID for transactions.
• Complete Currency Transaction Reports (CTRs), Transaction Logs (MTLs), and W2Gs.
• Manage player cards for new and existing accounts.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Kentucky gaming/racing and Sportsbook licenses.

Preferred:

• Six months cashiering or banking experience.
