The Cage Teller is responsible for redemption of gaming tickets/vouchers, performing check cashing/cash advance transactions for guests and facilitating sportsbook wagering while also completing financial reporting requirements and ensuring a great experience for our guests.

Some details of what you will do:

• Cash out customers, give correct change, and answer customer questions in a courteous and professional manner.
• Counting and record assigned funds, make exchanges of funds throughout the shift, while ensuring accuracy in all actions.
• Ensure that guests have an excellent gaming experience.
• Keep cash drawer balanced and impressed, as well as make exchanges with the vault.
• Verify and document personal identification information for check and cash advance transactions.
• Complete Currency Transaction Reports (CTRs), Multiple Transaction Logs (MTLs) and W2Gs.
• Track and issue player cards for new and existing accounts.

What you need:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Available to work when needed, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a valid Kentucky gaming/racing license.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a valid Sportsbook license.

It’s the icing on the cake if you have:

• Six months cashiering or banking experience.
