Advocate Health seeks a CAD/CAFM Technician to prepare architectural CAD files for CAFM systems, generate room and equipment records in AutoCAD, and uphold CAD/CAFM standards. You will develop standard layering conventions used by design firms and update drawings with as-built data while supporting data transitions in Excel.

Based in Milwaukee, this role requires travel to Midwest sites for on-site CAD updates and coordination with on-site facilities personnel.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field.
• 1 year CAD experience with AutoCAD or Revit.
• Experience with space management preferred and CMMS exposure.

Aufgaben

• Prepare architectural CAD files for CAFM systems per guidelines.
• Create room and equipment records in AutoCAD for CAFM.
• Develop and maintain CAD/CAFM standards and layering conventions.
• Update drawings with as-built data.
• Coordinate site visits and badge access for site teams.
• Travel to Midwest sites for on-site CAD updates.
• Maintain Facilities department web presence.
• Assist with data transitions and Excel documentation.
