Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• County Certification for food manager must be current (renewed every 3 years).
• Valid IVP Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card required.

Responsibilities

• Lead cafeteria staff and act as manager in the Manager's absence.
• Prepare and serve nutritious meals in a cost-effective, clean environment.
• Assign daily work and production plans when manager is not on site.
• Assist with events and catering.
• Communicate tasks clearly to staff.
• Operate cash handling and related business machines as needed.
