Responsible for planning, preparing and serving nutritious meals while ensuring compliance with all Department of Health and National School Lunch Program (NSLP) regulations; maintaining accurate daily production records and meal service documentation; and managing special dietary accommodations for students with allergies or dietary restrictions.
