Responsibilities

• Attends in-service training and workshops to meet professional standards as required by NSLP.
• Direct daily activities in kitchen and cafeteria; supervise and train cafeteria staff.
• Maintain documentation such as production records, inventories, and payroll information.
• Ensure food safety and high quality; maintain reports of financial, production, and activity records.
• Screen, select, and train cafeteria workers and make recommendations about personnel.
