Qualifications

• Previous commercial food service production experience desired.
• Must lift 10-50 pounds regularly.
• Must bend, kneel, and stoop repeatedly.
• High school diploma or equivalent desired.
• Able to work quickly in a busy cafeteria.
• Experience in cashiering or a willingness to learn.
• Willingness to learn, try new ideas, and grow professionally.

Responsibilities

• Assists with food production and uses all pieces of equipment provided on site.
• Practices procedures in food preparation, uses and maintains equipment and sanitation standards.
• Follows manager's instructions in producing, portioning, garnishing and serving of meals.
• Operates a cash register as needed.
• Assists with cleanup, dishmachine operation, and washing pots and pans.
• Demonstrates the ability to work with the school community.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by Site Manager and/or designee.
