New Albany-Floyd Co Con Sch is seeking a Worker for a 4.5 hour shift in the Food & Nutrition Services department, starting immediately. The role involves setting up serving areas, serving meals to students and staff, and cashiering duties.

The position requires ability to lift up to 50 pounds, a high school diploma (preferred), and the ability to work quickly in a busy cafeteria. Prior food service or cashiering experience is desirable; willingness to learn and grow professionally is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Previous commercial food service experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Practices procedures in food preparation and sanitation to meet regulatory standards.
• Follow manager's instructions in producing, portioning, garnishing and serving meals.
• Operate a cash register as needed.
• Assist with dishwashing and cleaning duties.
• Demonstrate the ability to work with the school community.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the Site Manager.
