Job summary

CC Holdings Restaurant Management Group is seeking friendly, detail-oriented prep cooks for the IGC Cafe in the Indiana Government Center. The role supports cafeteria stations, prepares meals, and ensures food safety and quality in a fast-paced kitchen. Shifts run Monday through Friday, 6:00am–2:30pm, with weekends closed.

Starting pay is up to $16.00 per hour. We offer weekly pay, paid training, employee discounts, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Requirements include arriving in proper uniform and grooming, setting up station per cafe guidelines, preparing all food items in a sanitary and timely manner, following portion control and presentation specs, restocking as needed, and maintaining safety and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals and ingredients for cafeteria stations and grab n go.
• Ensure quality, safety and sanitation of food and facilities.
• Work at a fast, high-volume kitchen with a courteous, team-oriented approach.
