Responsibilities

• Coordinates activities of other food-service employees.
• Oversees and participates in the preparation and service of food and beverages.
• Ensures timely, efficient meal service and supervises serving of meals.
• Responds to customer complaints in person and by email.
• Trains employees and coordinates work to ensure efficiency and excellence.
• Determines work procedures, prepares schedules and expedites workflow.
• Uses systems to complete daily/weekly/monthly reports (inventory, payroll, timekeeping).
• Maintains proper cash handling per policy.
