Qualifications

• Valid Texas driver’s license and eligibility to drive per DPS guidelines.
• ServSafe certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the cafeteria manager with the operation of the kitchen.
• Supervise cafeteria staff and operate in the manager's absence.
• Maintain all required production records and follow recipes/production standards in PrimeroEdge.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards in kitchen and storage areas.
• Train staff on safety, SDS, and district policies.
