Education & Training Resources LLC seeks a Lead Cook to oversee the cafeteria during the assigned shift and lead meal preparation for students and staff in Excelsior Springs, MO.

The role requires 2 years of cafeteria/food service experience, a Serve-Safe certification (or the ability to obtain it), and strong knowledge of food safety, nutrition, and HACCP practices.

This is a regular, hourly, non-exempt position with a flexible schedule and collaboration with kitchen and dining staff.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of cafeteria/food service experience.
• Serve-Safe certified or able to become certified.

Mansioni

• Oversees the cafeteria during the assigned shift; prepares and oversees meal preparation.
• Insures serving lines are set up on time and staff are at their designated area.
• Assists in the preparation and service of daily meals.
• Adheres to state guidelines concerning food safety and proper handling procedures and cleans assigned areas.
• Maintains inventory of foodstuffs and assists in preparing reports.
