Qualifications

• Proficiency with Windows-based software (Word/Excel) and email tools.
• Ability to read and interpret recipes and temperature devices.
• Knowledge of food handling, preparation and safety recommended.
• Excellent verbal communication with patrons, managers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers within 30 seconds of arrival.
• Maintains courteous, professional service and supports promotions.
• Takes temperatures on foods and logs results; takes corrective action as needed.
• Operates equipment safely and adheres to HACCP guidelines.
• Keeps workstations clean; follows sanitation procedures and uses gloves.
