Qualifications

• Attainable English literacy; read and follow recipes and department procedures.
• Must have or obtain Oregon Food Handler or ServSafe certification within 30 days of hire.
• Six months of food service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serves customers in cafeteria and makes espresso drinks.
• Delivers catering requests.
• Rotates and stocks areas using FIFO.
• Prepares sandwiches and pizzas for customers.
• Follows procedures for safe food handling and sanitation.
• Documents needed information per department procedures.
• Operates grill, fryer, broiler and other kitchen equipment.
• Maintains clean, organized and sanitary work areas.
