Grand Hyatt Deer Valley is seeking a skilled Cafeteria Cook to join our Culinary team. You will prepare high-quality meals for the employee cafeteria, maintaining strict food safety and quality standards in a high-volume setting.

• Prepare and cook breakfast, lunch, dinner, and grab-and-go items for the employee cafeteria.
• Follow standardized recipes while maintaining consistency, quality, and presentation.
• Set up, replenish, and maintain cafeteria serving lines throughout meal service.
• Ensure all food is prepared and stored according to Hyatt and local health department food safety standards.
• Monitor food quality, freshness, and portion control to minimize waste.
• Assist with food prep, inventory rotation (FIFO), and stocking of kitchen supplies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area at all times.
• Work collaboratively with the culinary team to ensure timely meal service.
• Support special employee events and assist with other culinary operations as needed.

The Grand Hyatt Deer Valley Hotel is in the famed Deer Valley ski resort and approximately 40 minutes from the Salt Lake City International Airport. Grand Hyatt Deer Valley is seeking a skilled and dependable Cafeteria Cook to join our Culinary team.

This role is responsible for preparing high-quality meals for our team member cafeteria while maintaining exceptional food quality, cleanliness, and food safety standards. The ideal candidate has prior cooking experience in a high-volume kitchen and experience working in an employee cafeteria, cafeteria-style, or institutional food service environment.
