Qualifications

• Previous cooking experience or dishwashing/kitchen cleaning required.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen is a requirement.
• Food Safety Certification (can be obtained during training).
• Ability to bend, stoop, and stand for extended periods.
• Must follow required dress code: Black pants provided; Black chef coat and slip-resistant shoes provided if cooking.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals according to menu specifications.
• Deep Clean Kitchen Equipment.
• Assist with Patient meal service.
• Wash dishes/pots/pans.
• Operate grill and other kitchen stations as assigned.
• Ensure food is prepared safely, properly, and on time.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
