Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have experience in dining services.
• Must be Serv-Safe certified, or willing to complete certification within 60 days of hire.
• Able to read, write, and perform simple calculations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present menu items according to standard recipes.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
• Supervise dietary staff in absence of Director.
• Record food temperatures and monitor safety compliance.
• Assist in training new dietary employees.
