Job summary

A nonprofit human services provider is seeking a part-time Cook/Prep Cook for their Morgantown location. This role requires helping to prepare large quantities of food and ensuring adherence to sanitation standards. Candidates should have a high school diploma and ideally one year of food preparation experience. Must be available to work weekends, and be prepared to pass background checks. Competitive pay of $19 per hour with numerous benefits offered.

Qualifications

• One year prior experience in food preparation in a commercial, military, or institutional setting preferred.
• Ability to pass drug tests and background checks.
• Must be at least twenty-one years of age.

Responsibilities

• Help prepare large quantities of food using various cooking methods.
• Cook food as directed in the operational menu plan, following recipes.
• Ensure meals are prepared according to scheduling and sanitation standards.
