Quest Food Management Services LLC is seeking a Cook I to join the Dominican University cafeteria team in River Forest, IL. The role supports daily kitchen operations, prepares and presents items to Quest standards, assists on the hot line, and helps with cold prep, salads, and grab-and-go production while adhering to HACCP and food safety guidelines.

Expected to receive deliveries, assist with receiving goods, and maintain a clean, organized kitchen line.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present menu items during cafeteria service to Quest standards.
• Assist in day-to-day kitchen operations, bulk prep, catering prep, receiving, and cleaning.
• Assist customers and maintain a professional line and service on hot line.
• Support cold prep, salads, and grab & go production with recipes; follow HACCP guidelines.
