We are seeking a talented Line Cook to join our team for the Employee Dining Room (EDR).

What will I be doing?

As a Cook, you will prepare and coordinate food for the team member cafeteria, following hotel recipes and standards. Responsibilities include:

• Preparing food according to recipes and quality standards
• Maintaining cleanliness and food sanitation
• Stocking and managing food stations
• Inspecting all food sent from the kitchen
• Following proper food handling and storage regulations
• Preparing requisitions for supplies and food
