We are currently seeking a talented and passionate Line Cook to join our dynamic team at The Market.

Nestled in the heart of the Short North Arts District, across from the Greater Columbus Convention Center, our hotel boasts 1,000 guest rooms, 72,000 square feet of event space, and several unique dining experiences.

What will I be doing?

As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing food items according to recipes and standards, ensuring outstanding service and profitability. Your responsibilities include:

• Preparing food according to recipes and quality standards
• Maintaining cleanliness and food sanitation standards
• Managing guest orders in a friendly, timely manner
• Knowing the menu and all food products
• Stocking and maintaining food stations
• Inspecting all food sent from the kitchen
• Practicing proper food handling and storage procedures
• Preparing requisitions for supplies and food items
