Scottsdale Unified School District #48 is seeking a Senior Nutritional Services Worker for the FLOAT shift (8am–2pm) to perform diverse food preparation, cooking, and cashiering duties in a cafeteria setting. A high school diploma or GED and six months of related experience are required.

Ability to obtain a Food Handler’s Card within 30 days is required, along with solid customer service and cash-handling skills in a fast-paced school environment.

• High School Diploma or GED, plus six months of food handling, service, preparation and/or cashiering experience.
• Ability to obtain a Food Handler’s Card within 30 days of employment.
• Basic math and customer service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in preparing and cooking foods, including baking and related tasks.
• Collect money for lunches, balance cash drawers, and assist with cash reports.
• Serve and replenish food supply.
• Clean cafeteria and kitchen areas and sanitize surfaces.
• Prepare cafeteria for meals and monitor utensils and napkins.
• Monitor food inventory and perform counts.
