Job summary

Panera Bread in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a Restaurant Team Member to bring warmth and hospitality to every guest interaction. You will work across bakery-cafe areas, greet guests warmly, assemble fresh items with care, and keep the dining area clean and welcoming.

Flexibility is valued to cover evenings, weekends and holidays. This role offers opportunities for growth, meal benefits while on shift, and competitive hourly pay. Previous food service is a plus, but not required.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16+
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Clear communication in loud environments
• Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Serve as ambassador for Panera warmth with each guest interaction
• Work across areas of the bakery-cafe (Production, Prep, Service, Cashier, Expo, Drive-Thru, Barista, Guest Experience Champion, QC)
• Greet guests with genuine warmth and enthusiasm
• Assemble fresh salads, soups and sandwiches with care
• Assist guests at entry, cashier and dining areas
• Maintain clean, safe and inviting environment following food safety standards
• Help set up the next shift by stocking and cleaning
