Panera Bread in Pasadena, CA is seeking a Restaurant Team Member to join our bakery-cafe and deliver warm, friendly service to guests. You’ll help with food preparation, order taking, cashier duties, and keeping areas clean and inviting.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16+ and ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Clear communication with guests, managers and teammates in a loud environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and passion for guest service.
• Reliable, punctual and flexible to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Handler's Card as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with warmth and enthusiasm.
• Assemble salads, soups, and sandwiches with care and efficiency.
• Assist guests at entry, cashier and dining areas.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment following food safety standards.
• Support team by cleaning, stocking, and setting up for the next shift.
