Panera Bread is hiring a Restaurant Team Member to greet guests with warmth, assemble and serve fresh items, and support daily cafe operations. You will work in a dynamic bakery-cafe environment, collaborating with teammates to ensure fast, friendly service and a clean, inviting space.

The role emphasizes strong guest connections, multitasking across areas, and adherence to food safety practices. Available shifts include evenings, weekends, and holidays with competitive pay and team perks.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old and able to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Able to stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear communication with guests, managers and team members in a loud environment.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Handler's Card required by law.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with warm, friendly service and assist with their needs.
• Assist in production, prep, cashier, service, expo, drive-thru, barista, guest experience, QC as needed.
• Maintain clean, safe, and inviting dining area and ensure food safety standards are followed.
• Perform stocking and cleaning duties and help set up the next shift.
• Support team success by delivering great guest experiences.
