Dunkin' in Lexington, KY is seeking a Restaurant Team Member to support daily operations by preparing food and beverages to Dunkin standards, delivering friendly service, and keeping the workspace clean and safe.

You will take orders at the drive-thru or front counter, follow brand standards and recipes, stock items, and work quickly in a fast-paced team while maintaining a guest-focused attitude and safe, organized work areas.

Responsibilities

• Follow Brand standards, recipes, and systems
• Follow food safety standards
• Prepare food and beverages
• Assemble and package orders
• Understand the restaurant menu, including limited-time offers and promotions, and be able to answer guest questions
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Clean equipment, service areas, and guest areas
• Stock items, such as cups, lids, etc. at the workstation
• Take orders at the Drive Thru or Front Counter and handle payments (if applicable)
• Meet speed of service standards while delivering accurate orders to guests
• Serve and communicate with guests
• Maintain a guest-focused culture in the restaurant
• Communicate effectively with managers and coworkers
• Organize and maintain stock room and refrigerated areas
