Job summary

Dunkin' Donuts is seeking a Restaurant Team Member to support a fast-paced Dunkin' restaurant. You will help prepare food and beverages, follow brand standards, and maintain a clean, safe workspace while delivering great guest service.

As a team member, you will work with others to meet speed of service targets, assist guests at drive-thru or front counter, and learn standard operating procedures in a friendly environment.

Qualifications

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• HS Diploma or GED preferred.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to change.

Responsibilities

• Follow Brand standards, recipes, and systems.
• Follow food safety standards.
• Prepare food and beverages.
• Assemble and package orders.
• Take orders at the Drive Thru or Front Counter and handle payments (if applicable).
• Meet speed of service standards while delivering accurate orders to guests.
• Serve and communicate with guests.
