Job summary

Dunkin’ Restaurant is hiring a Team Member to prepare food and beverages to brand standards, provide guests with great service, and maintain a clean, safe, organized workspace.

You will work at the drive-thru or counter, handle orders and payments if applicable, and collaborate with teammates to deliver fast, friendly service in a busy environment.

Your role involves following recipes, stocking supplies, and maintaining a welcoming, guest-focused atmosphere across shifts.

Qualifications

• You must be at least 18 years old
• HS Diploma or GED preferred

Responsibilities

• Follow Brand standards, recipes, and systems
• Follow food safety standards
• Prepare food and beverages
• Assemble and package orders
• Understand the restaurant menu, including limited-time offers and promotions, and be able to answer guest questions
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Clean equipment, service areas, and guest areas
• Stock items, such as cups, lids, etc. at the workstation
• Take orders at the Drive Thru or Front Counter and handle payments (if applicable)
• Meet speed of service standards while delivering accurate orders to guests
• Serve and communicate with guests
• Maintain a guest-focused culture in the restaurant
• Communicate effectively with managers and coworkers
• Organize and maintain stock room and refrigerated areas

Education

18 years old

HS Diploma or GED preferred
