Job summary

Dunkin’ is seeking a Restaurant Team Member to join our Lexington, KY team. You’ll assist in food and beverage prep, ensure fast, accurate service, and keep work areas clean and organized.

Responsibilities include following brand standards, handling drive-thru/front-counter orders when needed, adhering to food safety rules, and delivering friendly guest service in a fast-paced environment. Prior hospitality experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• HS Diploma or GED preferred.
• Works well with others in a fast-paced team environment.
• On time, demonstrates honesty and a positive attitude.
• Guest-focused and adaptable to change.

Responsibilities

• Follow Brand standards, recipes, and systems.
• Follow food safety standards.
• Prepare food and beverages.
• Assemble and package orders.
• Take orders at the Drive Thru or Front Counter and handle payments (if applicable).
• Meet speed of service standards while delivering accurate orders to guests.
• Serve and communicate with guests.
• Organize and maintain stock room and refrigerated areas.
• Stock items, such as cups, lids, etc. at the workstation.
• Clean equipment, service areas, and guest areas.
