Job summary

Buddy Brew Coffee is seeking Café Supervisors to lead new small-format locations across Tampa Bay. You will be the primary leader, owning guest experience, shift execution, coffee quality, inventory, and team culture within a small, high-performing team.

Training includes Supervisor Academy at our Kennedy location with hands‑on practice in high‑performing cafés and a final readiness evaluation before leading a store.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Shift Lead, Supervisor, or similar leadership role in coffee or food service.
• Strong hospitality mindset and attention to detail.
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced environment and coach peers effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with strong hospitality and operational efficiency.
• Coach and develop baristas in real time.
• Drive drink and food quality, speed, and cleanliness standards.
• Support staffing (call-outs, coverage) and basic operations (inventory, ordering).

In these cafés, you’ll be the primary leader—owning guest experience, shift execution, coffee quality, inventory, and team culture within a small, high-performing team.

• $18–$20/hour (based on experience) + tip share (floor hours)
• Estimated total compensation ~$47K/year
