Job summary

Buddy Brew Coffee is hiring Caf Supervisors to lead new small format caf locations across Tampa Bay, stepping into a store leadership role and owning guest experience, shift execution, coffee quality, inventory and team culture within a small high performing team.

As a Caf Supervisor you will lead shifts with hospitality and operational efficiency, coach and develop baristas, drive quality and cleanliness, support staffing and inventory, and help keep the caf running smoothly day to day.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Shift Lead, Supervisor, or similar leadership role in coffee or food service.
• Strong hospitality mindset and attention to detail.
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced environment and coach peers effectively.
• Reliable, organized and calm under pressure.
