Job summary

Buddy Brew Coffee is hiring Café Supervisors to lead new small-format café locations across Tampa Bay. This is a store leadership role centered on guest experience, shift execution, and coffee quality within a small, high-performing team.

You’ll lead shifts, coach baristas, ensure drink and food quality, and handle basic operations like inventory and staffing. Training includes a Supervisor Academy and hands-on practice before leading a store.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Shift Lead, Supervisor, or similar leadership role in coffee or food service.
• Strong hospitality mindset and attention to detail.
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced environment and coach peers effectively.
• Reliable, organized, and calm under pressure.

This is a unique opportunity to step into a store leadership role and help launch an exciting new chapter of Buddy Brew. In these cafés, you’ll be the primary leader—owning guest experience, shift execution, coffee quality, inventory, and team culture within a small, high-performing team.
