Job summary

Buddy Brew Coffee is hiring Café Supervisors to lead new small-format cafés around Tampa Bay and to own guest experience, shift execution, coffee quality, inventory, and team culture within a small, high‑performing team.

In this role, you’ll manage shifts, coach baristas in real time, uphold drink and food quality, assist with staffing and inventory, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations as Buddy Brew expands in the region.

• Experience as a Shift Lead, Supervisor, or similar leadership role in coffee or food service.
• Strong hospitality mindset and attention to detail.
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced environment and coach peers effectively.
• Reliable, organized, and calm under pressure.

This is a unique opportunity to step into a store leadership role and help launch an exciting new chapter of Buddy Brew. In these cafés, you’ll be the primary leader—owning guest experience, shift execution, coffee quality, inventory, and team culture within a small, high-performing team.

• $18–$20/hour (based on experience) + tip share (floor hours)
• Estimated total compensation ~$47K/year
