• Six (6) months of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to two or more employees.
• Ability to direct the work of others.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of the retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to make the Starbucks space welcoming for the community.
• Ensure quality beverages and food prepared to standard recipes.
• Coach and coordinate tasks of team members during shifts.
